Mercedes Sales Awards
Project Details
Piccadilly provided full AV support for our Production Company client at the annual Mercedes Van Sales Awards. Held at the Celtic Manor Hotel in Newport in February 2010, the event was for 240 specially invited sales people from across the UK.
Our team of 18 gained access from 9pm the day before the event and worked until 4.00am to ensure all the equipment was rigged and working.
We installed over 30 sqm of LED screen, forming a main screen and 2 satellite screens. A 20Kw Line array sound system provided sound reinforcement in the main room, and we provided sound systems for the pre dinner drinks area and the “Animal” display area. Piccadilly also provided lighting rigs with LED lighting and movings lights for the main room and Animal area.
The following day was then available for presenter and entertainment rehearsals. The show started at 7pm and carried on to 1am, when we pulled out the entire show, clearing at 5.00am!
