Piccadilly AV Ltd has recently completed a conference for Tata Steel at Heathrow for their client Pantechnicon

The rig started bright and early on a Sunday morning with a 0800hrs get in. The Commonwealth Suite was rigged during the day and into the evening. On the Monday the exhibition was installed whilst the show crew were rehearsing the conference. After rehearsals the room was re-set for the awards dinner. 
After the conference the Commonwealth Suite was then turned into an Indian theme by installing red, gold & orange drapes and setting the stage with props. In the meantime a stage was rigged and dressed with fabrics and cushions in the Atrium for a sitar player and bangla drummer for pre dinner entertainment.

The Project Manager Eric Taylor commented that it had been a challenging event which took a lot of resources, but was very successful. Our client John Landon commented “your ‘quiet unflustered demeanour’ was mentioned in dispatches. So thank you for that and for all your help throughout a tough one - thanks again for all your help and assistance onsite”
