Project Details
Piccadilly AV provided their production company client with full audio visual technical support and stage set for the VISA Total Processing Services conference in London.
The event was a one day event held at the Sofitel Heathrow Terminal 5. We had access from 10am the day before the show, with reheasals at 5pm. The presentation ran from 10am to 5pm for the divisional emplyees, with a disco and band providing entertainment in the evening. Our crew pulled out the following day.
The job went to plan - it was delivered on time, and more importantly on budget!
