Piccadilly AV recently provided full Audio Visual (AV) support for The Affordable Home Ownership Awards Luncheon at the Victoria Park Plaza Hotel London on behalf of Event X The awards started with a drinks reception for which we provided a PA system. The attendees then moved into the Victoria Suite for the lunch followed by the awards. Piccadilly AV provided a stage set, projection, Data feed, sound system and lighting including LED uplights to enable the set to change colour for each award.
The timescale was tight with the rig commencing at 0700hrs and the event finishing at 1700hrs followed by a de-rig.
The Project Manager Eric Taylor said “This is the third year we have facilitated this event and have met the clients expectations and ‘more’ each year”
