Comic Relief “Thank You” Party

2011 has been another record fundraising year for Comic Relief. The overwhelming contributions from the internal team, close sponsorship partners, fund raisers and celebrity supporters deserved to be rewarded.
Piccadilly AV worked alongside the event team at Comic Relief to provide a custom stage set, AV equipment and technical support for the “Thank You” 2011 evening. The event was held at Fabric nightclub in London and featured 80’s hit makers Clare Grogan, Toyah Wilcox and Limahl all performing their memorable songs. Co-founder Richard Curtis and Chief Executive Kevin Cahill spoke proudly of the years’ acheivements. Lorraine Kelly announced the grand total of £104,496,747 raised for 2011 with Scott Mills helping boost the evening on the decks.
