Piccadilly AV with the runners at Mile 19 & 23
In association with TRO and Lucozade, Piccadilly’s Rugby Team were helping spur on the nearly 50,000 runners at this years Virgin London Marathon.
Down in the Docklands at mile 19 our technical crew were lending a helping hand on the big blue Lucozade party bus. Amongst previous Olympian Athlete’s and other VIP’s the celebrations and cheers were underway with in-house technician Liam Payne testing his skills with the DJ.
Further down at mile 23, the rest of team Piccadilly were helping to encourage the runners supporting a Gospel Choir, Steel Band and DJ. With multiple PA systems Piccadilly ran the entertainment alongside the runners down in to the tunnel.
